Christy Moore

Christy Moore began her career over 20 years ago in Dublin, Ireland, where she played a key role in supporting Aston Carter’s expansion on the island, specifically focusing on the IT sector. In 2008, she returned to the United States to shift her career focus to healthcare IT, providing consulting staff to major healthcare organizations for their EMR Epic and Cerner implementations. Her outstanding performance earned her the title of “Salesperson of the Year” four times, with her revenue reaching over $20 million. In 2014, Christy joined Kupplin Worldwide, where she quickly rose through the ranks, and within just six months, was invited to become a partner in the firm.

She has successfully improved sales, account management, recruitment, talent acquisition and consulting/compensation and workforce management strategies. Christy has consulted with numerous clients, due to her unique approach in completing a recruitment life cycle with reputable candidates. Additionally serving as a member of the California Staffing Professionals Association has enabled Christy to keep current on human resources and talent acquisition trends and compliance while growing a large national referral network.

 

Originally from Southern California, Christy earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Her favorite activities include training for upcoming triathlons, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two children. Prior to Christy’s time in the IT consulting industry, she worked as an archaeologist in Ireland, and earned a Master’s degree from the University College Dublin. It was here where she met her husband, and the two started their beautiful family.
